Peggy
I opened Beyond Sensational in 1998, with both JeanMarie and Gina by my side. I am originally from the Hudson Valley region of New York State. After I graduated from my cosmetology program in 1984, I moved to Buffalo and started my professional practice. I have two awesome daughters and a wonderful husband, Bob. My talent is having an eye for design. I love interior decorating and refreshing the look of any space. I look through that same lens when I am working with my customers. I really enjoy the conversation and making my customers feel good.
JeanMarie
I’ve been in the business for over 38 years - 30 of which I’ve worked with Peggy Sue. I enjoy making my customers feel like family. Making them feel good about themselves is a wonderful feeling. I always listen to them first, then offer my professional opinion. I like to share how they can better take care of their hair at home, recommending only the hair care products that I use on myself. I take great pride in all my customers - the regulars and the new! Our salon will definitely welcome you and treat you like family.
Gina
I have been a cosmetologist for 40 years. I graduated from Ultissima Beauty Institute in 1983. I’ve worked at Beyond Sensational since 1998. I’m happily married with two daughters. I love getting to know my customers and building connections! In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy being outside, exercising, and going to Buffalo Bills and Sabres games. Looking forward to working with you!

I joined Beyond Sensational just over six years ago. I have been working in the Amherst, NY area as a hair stylist for over 30 years. In 1986, I started working at O’Hares, which was acquired by Supercuts. I was the manager there for 15 years. I appreciate Peggy offering me an opportunity to join Beyond Sensational. Working in a hair salon that is so friendly, inclusive, and flexible is incredibly refreshing.

I’ve been a hair stylist for 40 years and enjoy working at Beyond Sensational. I love my profession especially working with clients to make them look and feel their best. Sharing my expertise of haircuts, coloring, perms, and highlights, helps each client decide what works best for them. In my personal time, I enjoy music, traveling, and spending time with my two grandchildren.
